We offer Indoor Private Swim Lessons throughout the year on Saturdays and Sundays.
Fall Indoor Swim Lessons are held October 4th – December 14th.
Winter Indoor Swim Lessons are held Januray 10th – March 29th.
Spring Indoor Swim Lessons are held April 11th – May 24th.

About Swim Lesson Instructor
Lessons are taught by Candace who is a Certified USA Swimming Coach and Water Safety Instructor. Candace has been helping kids develop water safety and swim skills for 9 years. She has been a competitive swimmer for 14 years and is currently a head coach for a swim team in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Candace is a Certified Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. She is also Certified in CPR/First Aid Response

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
View Indoor Private Swim Lesson Rescheduling Policy
There may be a need to reschedule a swim lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, which is why we will work to accommodate all rescheduling requests. Since our indoor pool rental usage is fixed and limited, rescheduling flexibility does comes at an incurred cost and can impact other swim lesson participants that may have originally wanted your lesson slot.
If a participant reschedules more than 1 swim lesson per season, then a fee will be implemented. All rescheduling fees will help offset unused facility costs due to rescheduling and ensure that we can continue to provide indoor private lessons well into the future.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to balance flexibility and commitment to all swim lesson participants.
Rescheduling Fee
- $10 per 30-minute lesson slot
- $20 per 1-hour lesson slot
- Lessons can be rescheduled once the rescheduling fee payment is received.
Ways to Waive a Rescheduling Fee
- If a lesson is canceled due to pool closure, we will waive the rescheduling fee.
- All participants are eligible to have the rescheduling fee waived 1 time per season.
Cancellation Policy
If an unforeseen event occurs and you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, then you can credit 70% of the lesson amount to be used for any other service provided by Exercise Network. Participants have 24 months from the time of their original payment to use any cancellation credit.
