About Coach Candace

Lessons are led by Candace, founder of Exercise Network Swim & Aquatics (ENSA), a USA Swimming competitive swim club focused on helping swimmers build confidence, improve technique, and develop a lifelong connection to the water and physical activity.

From beginner water safety to competitive swimming development, lessons are individualized to support each swimmer’s journey based on their experience level and goals.

Candace brings over 16 years of competitive swimming and training experience along with 10 years of coaching experience. She continues learning and growing while helping swimmers of all ages and abilities through flexible, athlete-centered aquatics programs.

After earning her master’s degree in Finance, she chose to pursue her passion for coaching, athletic development, and growing aquatics programs through Exercise Network. Candace is a certified lifeguard and water safety instructor and is certified in CPR and First Aid response.
