Please sign waiver for each participant once per calendar year.

Step 3: Complete Swim Lesson Participant Questionnaire

Returning participants may skip this step

Step 4: Schedule 4 Swim Lessons

Schedule your 4 swim lessons. Lesson requests will be reviewed within 24-hours and accepted once all steps are completed.
